Developer Francis Corr renamed the area Apollo Beach in 1958, and it has grown into a community of more than 33,000 people. We check parking and access before moving day, bring the right truck for the street, and pack boating and fishing gear with the same care as the furniture. Waterfront patios and pool decks often need extra padding and floor protection too.

East of US 41, Waterset and other newer communities offer single-family homes, townhomes, and a 55+ section. These neighborhoods have HOA rules on move hours, truck parking, and storage containers, so we plan around them and confirm the details ahead of time. Many homes here are brand new, so we take extra care with fresh paint, new floors, and door frames. Newer builds also mean lots of moves from out of state, and we handle long-distance moves as well as local ones.

Life here moves at a relaxed pace, with the Apollo Beach Nature Preserve, the manatee viewing center by the Big Bend Power Station, and waterfront restaurants along the canals. Summer brings heat and afternoon storms, so we start early, wrap furniture well, and keep floors covered. In winter, manatees gather in the warm water by the power plant, and the viewing center is free to visit. Many residents commute to Tampa, with an average commute of about 35 minutes, so we also plan around rush hour on US 41 and I-75.
