County landfill center
Georgetown County’s landfill convenience center at 201 Landfill Rd. is open 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday. County centers take bulk waste, cardboard, scrap metal and yard waste.

The landfill swap shop takes clean, usable items you don’t want to move. It does not accept toys, mattresses, clothes, shoes or electronics.
