What Our Staging & Rearranging Service Includes
Moves Between Rooms
We move furniture between rooms, up and down stairs, and into the garage or basement. Beds, tables, and other pieces built to come apart can be taken apart and reassembled, so everything ends up exactly where you want it in the home.
Clearing for Floors and Paint
Before new flooring, carpet, or paint, we clear the rooms your contractors need. We can move items to another part of the house or to storage, then come back and put every piece back in place when the work is done.
Staging for Listing Photos
Getting a home ready to sell often means less furniture in every room. We move pieces out, rearrange what stays based on your plan or your stager's, and store the extras until you are ready for them at your next home.
Storage Pickup and Return
Need items out of the house for a while? We pick them up, keep them in short or long-term storage, and deliver them back when you call. Climate-controlled storage is available for wood furniture and other items you want kept protected.
Home Staging & Furniture Rearranging FAQs
In-home and local jobs are priced by the hour based on crew size, so the cost depends on how many pieces we are moving and how long it takes. Storage is quoted separately. Request a free quote and an owner or our office will call you back within 15 minutes, between 8am and 8pm. Local moves are billed hourly in 15-minute increments with a 3-hour minimum. The clock starts when our crew arrives at your home, not when we leave the office, and stops when we finish at your final destination. Disassembly, reassembly, and wrapping and padding all of your furniture are included at no additional cost.
Tell us which rooms are involved, what needs to move, and where it is going. Photos help. Our crew arrives, pads the furniture, and moves each piece according to your plan. If items are going to storage, we load them on the truck and take them there. Local jobs are paid at the end of the day.
Yes. Many customers book us twice, once to clear the rooms and once to set everything back in place. If your contractor finishes early or runs late, just call. We never charge a rescheduling fee, so changing the return date is not a problem.
Yes. We offer short and long-term storage with pickup and delivery, and climate-controlled storage is available. When your home sells, we can deliver your stored items straight to your new home as part of your move, so you do not have to handle them twice.
Of course. We are happy to follow a plan from your agent or stager and to coordinate timing with them. Just let us know who is making the calls on layout. Our job is to move the furniture safely and put it where the plan says it should go.
Yes. Decluttering before a sale or remodel often turns up pieces you do not want to keep. Our junk removal service can take them away during the same visit. We cannot take hazardous materials like paint, propane, fuel, or chemicals.
