You do not have a truck, you do not have three friends free on Saturday, and the seller wants it gone this week. Some stores do not deliver at all, and the ones that do may only drop it at the curb.
A & M Friendly Movers picks up furniture from stores, private sellers, estate sales, and family members, then delivers it and places it in the room where you want it. We pad and wrap each piece, take it apart if it needs to fit through a tight door, and put it back together once it is inside. Our crews are background-checked, drug-tested W-2 employees, never day laborers, and we have been family-owned since 2015.

Some pieces will not fit through a doorway or up a narrow staircase in one piece. Our crew can take apart beds, tables, and other furniture that is built to come apart, then reassemble it once it is inside. We will talk through your items ahead of time so we come prepared.

Bought furniture from a store that does not deliver, or only delivers to the curb? We pick it up from the store and bring it all the way inside your home, placed in the room you choose and ready to use.
Online Marketplace Pickups
Found a great deal from a private seller online? Give us the pickup address and we will coordinate a time. We wrap the piece, load it carefully, and deliver it to your door so you do not have to borrow a truck.
Estate Sale Pickups
Estate sale finds are often heavy, older, and one of a kind. We take extra care with solid wood pieces, cabinets, and tables, padding each item and moving it on schedule so you can clear it out on time.
Pieces from Family
A family member passing down a dresser, a dining set, or a favorite recliner? We pick it up from their home and deliver it to yours, including in-state moves, so the piece stays in the family without the heavy lifting.
Furniture Delivery FAQs
Local jobs are priced by the hour based on crew size, so the cost depends on how many pieces you have, how far they are going, and how much time it takes. Request a free quote and an owner or our office will call you back within 15 minutes, between 8am and 8pm, with a clear price. Local moves are billed hourly in 15-minute increments with a 3-hour minimum. The clock starts when our crew arrives at your home, not when we leave the office, and stops when we finish at your final destination. Disassembly, reassembly, and wrapping and padding all of your furniture are included at no additional cost.
Tell us the pickup address, the delivery address, and what you are moving. Photos or measurements help. We will set a time that works for you and the seller. Our crew arrives, wraps the furniture, loads it, drives it to your home, and places it where you want it. Payment for local jobs is collected at the end of the day.
Call us and we will do everything we can to fit you in. We often help with short-notice jobs when a crew is available, but we cannot promise a specific day until we check the schedule. The sooner you call, the more options we will have.
Yes. We offer junk removal, so we can haul away the old couch or mattress while we are there. Just let us know when you book so we plan the right crew and truck space. We cannot take hazardous materials like paint, fuel, or chemicals.
We will talk through the piece and your entryway before moving day. Many beds, tables, and sectionals are built to come apart, and our crew can take them apart and put them back together inside your home. If something truly will not fit, we will tell you before we try to force it.
We accept credit and debit cards, personal checks, and certified checks. We do not accept cash. A $100 deposit reserves your time slot and is applied to the job. Local jobs are paid at the end of the day, once your furniture is delivered and placed.
