Beach Park is a South Tampa neighborhood on the shore of Old Tampa Bay, inside the City of Tampa. It runs from Kennedy Boulevard south to Beachway Drive, and from Lois Avenue west to the water. The land was laid out in 1911 as Beach Park on the Bay, with man-made canals and curving streets, and much of the neighborhood was built starting in the 1920s. Today it is one of South Tampa’s most established neighborhoods, with a mix of longtime owners and young families.

That history shows in the homes. You will find Mediterranean Revival and Spanish-style houses from the early years, midcentury ranch homes, and large new custom houses on the bigger lots. Waterfront homes along the canals and bay often have seawalls and docks. Big homes mean heavy furniture, art and a lot of rooms to pack, so many families here use our packing and unpacking service to keep the move on schedule. In summer, afternoon storms are common, so we like to start early and keep everything wrapped. We also lay down floor runners so wet shoes do not track across hardwood or tile.
