Bel Mar Gardens is a small South Tampa neighborhood in the City of Tampa. The city spells it Belmar Gardens and lists it between Leona Street and Euclid Avenue, from Westshore Boulevard east to Manhattan Avenue, in ZIP 33629. Its neighbor to the west is Bel Mar Shores, which runs down to Old Tampa Bay, and the two together are often just called Belmar. Downtown Tampa is about 7 miles away by the Selmon Expressway, and our Tampa crew knows these streets well.

Many homes here are one-story concrete block houses from the 1950s, and a lot of them have been updated with new roofs, kitchens and pools. You will also see big new two-story homes built on lots where a smaller house once stood. Older ranch homes are easy to load, but we still protect floors and door frames. Westshore Boulevard, Manhattan Avenue and nearby Gandy Boulevard get busy at rush hour, so an early start helps.
