Yes, and they are free. We are fully insured and send the COI to ownership, the management company or the general contractor ahead of time. Let us know every party that needs to be listed, and any specific wording they require, when you book so it is ready before day one.
That is up to you. We can load buyers’ trucks, move pieces into our secure storage for the short or long term, or haul items away through our junk removal service. We do not remove hazardous materials. Tell us which items go where and we will label and plan the loads accordingly.
Construction timelines move, and in Tampa hurricane season can shift them too. We never charge a rescheduling fee, for any reason. Give us the new dates as soon as you have them and we will adjust the crew plan, shifts and truck schedule to match.
