The City of Temple Terrace started in the 1920s as one of the first planned golf-course communities in the country. You can still see that history in the Mediterranean Revival homes around the Temple Terrace Golf and Country Club. Most of the city lies east of 56th Street along Fowler Avenue and Bullard Parkway, so our crew can reach it easily from I-75 or I-275.

The housing mix is wide. The older streets near the golf course and the river have 1920s homes, mid-century ranch houses, and thick oak canopies that can block a tall truck. Along 56th Street and Fowler Avenue there are many apartment and condo complexes close to USF, with stairs, tight parking lots, and office rules on move times. Some older homes also have narrow driveways or steps up to the front door, and we bring the right dollies and ramps for those. We check all of that before moving day so nothing slows us down.

Late summer and spring are busy here because of the University of South Florida and Florida College calendars. If you are moving an apartment or your first house, we can send a small crew and a truck sized for the job. For bigger homes, we can pack only the fragile items or the whole house, and we take apart beds and tables and put them back together.
