Yes. We pack and move computer hardware with care, but backing up files is always a smart step before any move. Save important files to the cloud or an external drive you carry yourself. Then shut the computer down fully, unplug it, and let us box and pad it for the trip.
Yes. Some Wilmington condo and apartment buildings ask for a certificate of insurance before movers can use the elevator or loading area. We send COIs free, directly to the property manager ahead of time. Tell us your building when you book and we will plan around its move hours and elevator reservations.
A $100 deposit reserves your date and is applied to the move. We accept credit and debit cards, personal checks and certified checks, and we do not take cash. If the weather or your schedule changes, we move your date with no rescheduling fee, ever, so there is no penalty for waiting out a storm.
