Yes. Parents can book, pay the $100 deposit by card, and talk through details with an owner or our office. We accept credit and debit cards, personal checks and certified checks, but no cash. On moving day, your student or another adult you name meets the crew at the dorm or apartment.
Yes. We offer short-term storage with pickup and delivery. We collect at move-out, keep everything in our secure storage, and bring it to the new dorm or apartment when the fall term starts. Send us the new address and dates as soon as you have them so we can put the delivery on the schedule.
Plans change, especially around finals and move-in weekends. There is never a rescheduling fee with A & M, for any reason, and your $100 deposit stays applied to the move. That goes for hurricane season too, which overlaps fall move-in on the North Carolina coast every year from June 1 through November 30.
