We are a family-owned moving company, and our crews are the reason customers call us back and send their friends our way. We are always looking for hardworking, honest people who show up on time, treat other people’s homes with respect, and like being part of a team.
Every person on our crew is a real A & M employee on our payroll. We don’t use day laborers or subcontractors, so you work alongside the same people week after week, and the owners know you by name.
No moving experience? That’s okay. We teach you how to wrap, pad, lift and load the right way. What we can’t teach is attitude, so bring a good one.
Pay is $18 to $26 per hour, plus the possibility to earn an extra $150 to $300 a week in tips, a flexible schedule and paid time off after your first year.

Positions We Hire For
Mover
The heart of every move. You'll wrap and pad furniture, take apart and reassemble beds and tables, carry boxes and furniture, and load and unload the truck. No experience needed.
Driver
Drive our moving trucks safely to and from each job and work as part of the crew on site. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
Crew Lead
Run the job on moving day. You'll walk through the home with the customer, plan the load, guide the crew and make sure every move is done right.
Office & Customer Service
Answer calls, give quotes, schedule moves and help customers from their first call to their last box. Friendly, organized people do great here.

What We Look For

No. Many of our best movers had never worked for a moving company before they joined us. We train you. We care more about work ethic and attitude than experience.

We hire for our offices in North Carolina and South Carolina, York PA and Maryland, the Tri-State area (PA and DE), and Tampa, Florida. Pick your nearest office on the application.
We offer a flexible schedule, and we often have part-time and seasonal openings. Moving is busiest in the spring and summer and at the end of each month. Let us know your availability on the application.
