Yes, and it is free. Many office buildings in Philadelphia, Wilmington, Conshohocken and the King of Prussia area require a COI before movers can enter. Send us the property manager’s requirements and we will send the certificate to them ahead of time, along with help reserving elevator or dock time.
Yes. We schedule office and department moves in the evenings and on weekends so your staff can work up to close and start fresh at the new space. We pack, move and set up desks, files and equipment according to your floor plan.
Start dates and closings shift all the time. We never charge a rescheduling fee, for any reason. If there is a gap between leaving the old home and getting keys to the new one, we can hold belongings overnight locked on the truck or in our secure storage.
A $100 deposit holds the date and is applied to the move. We accept credit and debit cards, personal checks and certified checks, but not cash. Call us to talk through how you want billing handled for your employee or your office move.
