Packing for local moves is priced hourly by crew size, plus any supplies you use. The total depends on how many rooms you want packed and how much is in them. Call us and an owner or our office will call back within 15 minutes, 8am to 8pm, to talk through your home and give you an estimate.
Yes. Partial packing is one of our most requested services. Many families have us pack the kitchen, fragile items and the garage or basement, and they handle the bedrooms themselves. Just tell us which rooms you want packed when you call and we will plan the crew around that.
Yes. Basements, attics, garages and barns are common in York, Adams and Lancaster County homes, and they often hold more than people expect. We will ask about them when quoting. We cannot pack or move hazardous materials like fuel, paint thinners or chemicals, so plan to handle those separately.
Yes, supplies are available. If we are doing the packing, our crew brings what they need. If you are packing yourself, we can help you figure out quantities for your home so you are not short on boxes the night before the truck comes.
Yes. On long-distance moves, the same W-2 crew that packed and loaded your home unloads it, so they can unpack and set up at the other end as well. Ask about unpacking when you request your binding estimate and it will be included in your quoted price.
