     At A & M Friendly Movers LLC, It is our job as a leader in household goods transportation and logistics to plan for challenges and disruption to our customer’s daily lives. It is what you have trusted us to do. Coronavirus (COVID-19) is having an unprecedented impact on lives, businesses, transportation operations, and supply chains around the world.

     At A & M Friendly Movers LLC as the situation continues to evolve, we are carefully monitoring its development and its impact on our customers, our employees, and ourselves. We continue to follow guidance provided through the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S Center for Disease Control (CDC), as well as our state and local governments.

     First and foremost, the safety of our customers, employees, consumers, and communities is our number one priority.

​

     As this critical situation continues to evolve, we are monitoring its development and impact on the industry. We understand there may be localized impact. If this does occur and you have a move scheduled with us our customer service team will reach out immediately to advise you of scheduling changes, work with to identify alternate transportation modes and routes, utilize additional truck capacity, provide dedicated trucks or fleets, as well as help you locate other support operations as needed.

     At this time our location is open and fully operational. Please know that at this time our level of service has not been affected in any way.  We are staying flexible and hiring additional staff to meet all of our customer’s needs. We have also put into place precautionary measures to mitigate the risks associated with COVID-19 as follows:

• We are engaging with government agencies to be ahead of any changes for transportation and logistics operations.

• We are holding daily meetings to ensure implementation of CDC guidelines to disinfect all equipment and trucks at the beginning of every move and the end of every move.

• We have implemented new polices to make it essential for all employees that are affected, feeling ill, or symptomatic in any way to stay home and care for themselves or sick family members.

     We recognize this is an unparalleled time. We continue to monitor this situation to ensure that our sales, customer service, and operations teams are able to assist you with all situations while staying safe and focusing on safety as their number one priority.
